A viewing is not a professional inspection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Ask, then keep a record<\/h2>\n<p>Separate what you observed from what someone told you. Write down anything that needs documents, confirmation or a qualified person\u2019s assessment. Do not assume that an alteration is approved or that an advertised feature is included.<\/p>\n<h2>After the visit<\/h2>\n<p>Rate the home against your original priorities before discussing the decoration.
